Serbian War Crime Video Vs Sri Lankan war crime
Dear Honourable Secretary General Ban Ki Moon,
When the Bosnian Scorpion video emerged in Belgrade in 2005, the UN War Crimes Prosecutor then, was in Belgrade and commented: “I have seen the video and there is no doubt about the perpetration of crimes.”
Two years later, a Serbian war crimes court sentenced four members of the group to a total of 58 years in prison for the extrajudicial executions.
We're hoping that you would make the same thing happen in Sri Lanka, if this Sri Lankan video is indeed authenticated and these killings deemed true evidence of war crimes!
